I welcome you to this wonderful celebration of love, passion, and, of course, delectable treats!

It all started with a sweet tooth when I was 13 years old, a curious exploration of butter and sugar even though I had always known that I was going to become a Doctor. which I did. But as the years went by, I discovered something unexpected – a newfound passion.

Picture this: A 20 year old black girl in Medical school amidst the rigorous demands of Phamacology, Enterology e.t.c during the day and a full time baker and Cake artist at night and weekends! I really tried Loving Medicine because I later got a Masters degree in hospital management. But Medicine lost and Cake won. HURRAY!!

Baking, the Doctor realized, was not just about creating delicious treats; it was about storytelling. Each cake was a canvas, a blank space waiting to be filled.

And so, the Doctor’s bakery was born, a place where cakes became edible adventures, where every bite was a journey. The Doctor’s creations were not just desserts; they were edible works of art, each one infused with her unique blend of creativity and whimsy.

CAKE ME AWAY DUBLIN is the culmination of a journey that began with a simple experiment and blossomed into a full-blown love affair with baking. I stand in awe of my creations, each one a testament to my creativity and ability to find magic in the most unexpected places. Please step into my world, if only for a fleeting moment, and savor the sweetness of my creations.
