HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
We recommend placing your order with a notice of 1 to 5 days. For your convenience, utilize our inbuilt calendar to select available dates and plan your celebration with ease!
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS?
Unfortunately, we do not cater to specific dietary requirements or allergies. Our cakes may contain gluten, milk, eggs, and other allergens. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out for more information.
HOW DO I STORE THE CAKE ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
For optimal freshness, store the cake in the refrigerator and take it out 1 to 2 hours before consumption. This ensures the perfect texture and flavor when you're ready to enjoy your delicious treat.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
We understand plans may change. For a full refund, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 14days period are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CAKES?
The cakes have a shelf life of 6 days and must be refrigerated for optimal freshness.
