What "Near Me" Actually Means Here
We're based in Kilmainham, Dublin 8, and same-day delivery covers all of Dublin 1–24 plus surrounding suburbs including Swords, Malahide, Portmarnock, Castleknock, Blanchardstown, Blackrock, Dundrum, Stillorgan, Tallaght, Clondalkin and Lucan. Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address, so you'll know the exact price before you pay — no guessing, no minimum order.
How Same-Day Ordering Actually Works
- Order before the cut-off — 12:00 noon Wednesday to Friday, or 10:00 AM at weekends.
- Choose a design from the same-day collection and pick your sponge (Vanilla, Red Velvet or Chocolate) and filling (vanilla buttercream, berry compote or whipped caramel).
- Add personalisation — a name, age or short message — at no extra cost.
- We bake it fresh in our Dublin 8 kitchen that same day. Nothing is frozen in or bought in.
- It's delivered between 3 PM and 7 PM on weekdays, or 12 PM and 4 PM at weekends, or you can collect for free from Kilmainham.
Why "Near Me" Results Can Be Misleading

Not Every Design Is Available Same-Day
To keep same-day genuinely reliable, the range is limited to designs we can finish and get on the road within the day — wedding cakes, tiered cakes, fully bespoke or sculpted designs, fresh flowers, gold leaf, and allergen-specific cakes all need more notice. If that's what you're after, most of our other cakes only need 1–5 days.
